We’re a a mobile kids yoga experience located in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. Our classes are designed to equip toddlers and children grades 1-8 with tools on how to recognize and move with their emotions. This kids-centered yoga aims to calm the mind and body, improve patience, and boost confidence through yoga.
