I’m Rachael Gage
This space is an expression of what I hold most close to my heart: connection, intention, and the power of mindfulness, breath, and movement.
Starlight Studio was born from my deep love for children and the grownups who care for them. My offerings are designed to support healthy development, nurture relationships, and create a sense of belonging—for both children and caregivers. Whether through yoga, archery, or mindful parenting practices, my intention is to hold space for growth, regulation, play, connection, and community.
I believe in creating environments where kids feel safe to be fully themselves, and where caregivers feel supported and seen. If you’ve found your way here, I hope you discover something that speaks to your heart, supports your journey, and maybe even invites a new way of being.
